Let’s get you back to learning.
A question, a stuck moment, or something that doesn’t seem right. We’re here to help.
Getting your notes into LectureQuiz
Choose a PDF or TXT document when creating a deck. LectureQuiz turns the material into flashcards you can organise into topics and study a little at a time. Generation needs an internet connection. Choose a clear, readable document that you have permission to upload. Generated cards can contain mistakes, so compare them with the source before relying on them.
If your cards aren’t ready
Check your connection and any message shown in the app. If the problem continues, email us with the error message and roughly when it happened. You don’t need to send the whole document. A description of the issue is a good place to start. If we need more information, we’ll ask.
Studying your cards
Read a question and try recalling the answer. Tap Show answer , then choose Again , Hard , Good , or Easy . Your response helps schedule the next review. You can browse and search the card overview. The overview is read-only. Cards you’ve saved can be reviewed offline.
Your library and iCloud
You don’t need a named LectureQuiz account. Your library is stored on your device, with private iCloud sync when enabled. For sync issues, check that your devices use the intended Apple Account and that iCloud is available. Deleting and reinstalling the app can remove local information. Contact us before reinstalling if you’re unsure whether your library has synced.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles payments. The price, billing period, and generation allowance are shown in the app before purchase. Your saved cards remain available to study without an active Pro subscription. Use the in-app purchase restoration option to restore an existing purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Privacy questions
Our privacy policy explains document processing, iCloud, diagnostics, and retention. For a privacy request, email support@lecturequiz.com. We may need information to locate the relevant records. Because LectureQuiz has no named login, an email address alone may not identify an app installation.
What to include in your note
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and LectureQuiz version, if available.
- The wording of any error and the approximate time it occurred.
- A screenshot, if helpful, with private information removed.
Please don’t send passwords, payment card details, or Apple Account credentials.
